How are prices calculated?
Instantly, from our current production tariffs, based on the size, pages, paper, binding and quantity you choose. If a job cannot be priced automatically, our team prepares a tailored quote — we never show an estimated price.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF (recommended), TIFF, JPEG and ZIP. A single file can be up to 2 GB.
Are my files safe?
Your files are kept in private storage, not a public folder. Only you and our production team can access them; download links are short-lived and signed.
What is the lead time?
The pricing screen shows estimated production and delivery dates for your selection. The confirmed date is stated in your quote.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer. Corporate customers can order on account.
Can I reprint the same job?
Yes. “Reprint” copies the previous options and files into a new job; the price is recalculated with the current tariff.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel a job from your account before approving the proof. After production starts, please contact your account manager.
